My Approach
Thank you for taking the time to read my bio! We are all on life’s journey and find ourselves in different places. My own life experiences have brought unexpected twists and turns!

Sometimes we look to the past with regret, or we look to the future with uncertainty. Have you ever felt stuck or discouraged? Do you ask yourself, why am I still struggling with this? You are not alone.

There is hope! Together, we can explore the hard questions and reflect on where you feel stuck or helpless. We all need someone else to give perspective and help us gain insight!

I offer clients a holistic approach, and would love to support you as you work towards becoming healthy, staying healthy, and thriving! Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. I want to help you take care of yourself so you are able to care for those you love the most!

Clients tell me that they feel safe sharing their thoughts and emotions, and I quickly put them at ease. I love hearing people’s stories and believe that healing can occur when you share your story with someone else. I would count it a true joy to partner with you on your journey!

I am extensively trained in the integration of psychology and Christianity. Christian counseling tools are available for integration upon client request.
